There's a few of these wanted posters dotted around Silvermoon and it's ruins, but nowhere else. If it's bland display catches any Titan eyes, the poster reads as follows:

WANTED
Dead or Alive

with dark circles around his eyes and scruffy hair.>
Ezra Hehn'dth
Wanted for possible patricide,
a series of assaults on guards,
blood knights and citizens in Silvermoon City,
as well as crude and vulgar behavior in public.
The City is rewarding whoever brings him in,
a handsome amount in gold.
